Roseanne Leone

Our friend, our art collective colleague, Roseanne Leone, has passed away.
Roseanne lived as an action hero. She saw a need, she responded.

She was an Art Collective member before stepping foot in the studio. Seeing that we needed a hand at a public printing event, Roseanne didn't hesitate. She was an inaugural member of the Community Access Urban Agriculture Foodies and Growers and proud participant in the NYC Mural Arts Project at Davidson Ave.

As a member of Community Access' Advocacy Department, Roseanne regularly attended rallies for the Bring It Home campaign, seeking increased funding for mental health housing in New York. She led a group to Albany to speak with elected officials and was a leader of Community Access Program Participants Advisory Group. Roseanne's volunteer work didn't stop at Community Access, she also volunteered at a food bank, supported veterans, and recently helped give away toys to 150 families.

She was proud of her family, her sons, and grandchildren.
We will miss her so much.
